Climate activists protest against COP30 Agrizone, kicking off 1st week of negotiations

Summary

Despite being a major driver of deforestation and contributing a third of global emissions, industrial agriculture has been allowed to take over the world’s only multilateral decision-making forum on climate change. Tomorrow, climate campaigners are taking over the Agrizone to reject big business’ greenwashing and push polluters out of COP.
